How to get there Address: Rua Associação Humanitária Bombeiros Voluntários de Aveiro (BV). 3810-500 Aveiro Coordenadas: 40.63059766134466, -8.653215473482838 By car From the north, using the A1 highway, or from the east, taking the A25. If you take the A1, head towards Lisbon. Exit where you see the sign for Aveiro, following the A25. You'll find two exits leading to the city: the first, with the sign "Aveiro-Norte” and the second, a few kilometers later, which just says "Aveiro” and will be the most suitable to get to the University Campus.If you're coming from the south, take the A1 freeway in the direction of Porto. Leave the highway at exit 15, "Aveiro-Sul/Águeda” and take the EN235, which will take you directly to the University Campus. If you take the A8 and A17 highways, also exit at "Aveiro-Sul” and then follow the EN235. By train Aveiro is located on the country's main railway line (Linha do Norte). Information on train timetables is available on the CP - Comboios de Portugal website. Aveiro Train Station is about a 20-minute walk, or a 5-minute cab ride (there is a square next to the station), from the conference venue (ISCA-UA and the Auditorium of the Rectory of the University of Aveiro). |
